Dyfi Distillery is a small, award-winning craft distillery in the heart of the UNESCO Dyfi Biosphere in Mid Wales, founded by brothers Danny and Pete Cameron in 2016. Producing the flagship Pollination Gin — made exclusively with wild-foraged and biosphere-grown botanicals — alongside Hibernation and Solstice expressions, Dyfi is one of the UK's most innovative and environmentally distinctive distilleries, with production limited to just 4,000 bottles per year.
