Using a specially distilled base including juniper, vanilla, rose petals, hibiscus, strawberry and orange blossom, this is then cut down to 38.8% using purified strawberry and raspberry juices from local fruit farmers DC Williamson. We then add a little sugar, the result is a beautifully sweet gin with jammy notes. Perfect on its own or with a good mixer for a refreshing long drink. 50cl – (38.8% ABV)
