Using a specially distilled base including juniper, thyme, rosehips and orange peel, we then added locally foraged (by our lovely customers and friends) bullaces, sloes, damsons, blackberries, elderberries and rosehips. These are left to soak for a couple of months before being filtered and having sugar added. The result is a beautiful, slightly sweet gin liqueur. 50cl – (22% ABV)
