Jake’s Poached Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur builds on a base gin including rhubarb, juniper, vanilla, orange blossom, rose and hibiscus before being we add local Essex rhubarb juice and ginger. We then add just the right amount of sugar to turn it into a liqueur. It is delicious, neat with ice; as a long drink paired with some ginger ale 50cl – (34% ABV)
