About
Forest Distillery is a craft distillery founded in 2016 by Martin and Rachel Neary in Langley, in the Peak District foothills near Macclesfield. Using spring water from their own borehole and botanicals foraged from the surrounding moorland and woodlands — including bilberry, heather and rosehip — the distillery produces the award-winning Peak Gin, Peak Vodka and a range of forest liqueurs, with a distillery visitor experience and tasting room open by appointment.
