Hensol Castle Distillery is a Welsh craft distillery based at the historic Hensol Castle Estate in the Vale of Glamorgan, producing premium Welsh spirits including the flagship Dragon Fire gin, Welsh whisky and a range of liqueurs. Using pure Welsh spring water from the estate, the distillery honours the rich heritage of the castle — which dates to the 12th century — and produces spirits of genuine Welsh character, available from the estate shop and through selected retailers.
