Here it is, Henstone Single Malt English Whisky – Ex-Pedro Ximénez Cask Finished We’ve been asked many times for another Ex-Pedro Ximénez whisky and as a result have created this expression. The spirit spent more than three years in an Ex-Bourbon and was followed by finishing in an Ex-Pedro Ximénez quarter cask. The result is this stunning sherry influenced single malt whisky. Bottled at 46%. We don't have many so get it before it's gone!
