Single Malt English Whisky – 5 Year Old Age Statement available now! Way back in 2017 we started producing whisky and filling casks with new make spirit. Over the years these have matured into whisky and our early releases came from the casks laid down at this time. We kept some casks back however, and in early September 2023 we released a single cask’s worth of 5 Year Old Age Statement Single Malt English Whisky. Matured in an ex-bourbon cask (number HDC009), we bottled this at 46% and smells a
