The light yellow hue of this Trinidad Rum belies its strength of 60.0% AVB. On the nose, it offers a light, sweet aroma reminiscent of bananas and melon. The taste is similarly sweet and sugary, featuring a good mouthfeel and complexity. The finish is medium, complemented by a medium aftertaste. As with anything this strong the addition of water allows access to more flavours with the added benefit of making your drink last a bit longer.
