Rhif Un Single Malt Welsh Whisky - In the Welsh Wind This limited edition is our third limited release single malt Welsh whisky - and the first to use 100% Ceredigion barley, grown, malted, fermented, distilled, casked, matured and bottled in Wales. This is the first Welsh whisky to encompass the concept of 'Tir'. We use locally grown barley, malted at our distillery site in west Wales, un-kilned to allow the grain flavour to sing through in the finished liquid. Matured in casks carefully chosen
