J. Gow Rum is an Orkney craft rum distillery founded in 2016, producing premium Scottish rum from molasses using a copper pot still in Kirkwall, Orkney. Named after Orkney pirate John Gow, the distillery produces white, spiced and aged expressions — including the flagship Plunder and Pillage spiced rum and the Shipwrecker Spiced — inspired by Orkney's seafaring heritage.
