After a warm welcome and meeting your tutor along with a Liverpool Gin & Tonic each, we welcome visitors to our distillery to learn the process of distilling gin. We will then guide you up to our purpose made ‘Gin Laboratories’ where you will learn about the history of gin and Liverpool Gin, you will explore a wide range of botanicals used to make gin, then choose which to use, you will then distil your own bottle of gin between you. You will both enjoy a additional Liverpool G&T each at the end
