When Abbeydale Brewery approached us to make a collaborative gin with them, we naturally started talking about making something with hops. The results are amazing, and we think our vacuum distilled hopped gin is the first of its kind. Mosaic hops, pink grapefruit, and papaya join five other traditional botanicals.
