Ebba Eyrin Cask-aged Cornish sloe gin. One release, 200 bottles. Gathered by hand, kept by the sea When the first frosts came to the hedgerows around our distillery in Praa Sands, we went out and picked the sloes by hand, one dark berry at a time and we added them to our gin in a oak cask. A year in the dark Through a full turn of the seasons, the fruit and the spirit slowly came to know each other. The sloes gave up their deep, velvet tartness, and the oak wrapped it all in warmth and softness.
