SWEET AND SALTY For our sixth Quiet Rebels release, Matthew, our blender spends much of his time in the warehouse tasting casks and dreaming up future whiskies. Before joining Nc’nean, he spent years bartending in London which sparked a particular love of dry sherry, so for his release he wanted to create a whisky that celebrated just that.
