Distilled from 100% Scottish mainland Concerto barley and malted to 81.0 PPM, Octomore 17.1 has been matured full-term in first-fill bourbon barrels, with notes of salt, smoke and sweetness. Vanilla milkshake, Scottish tablet and warm custard tart meet pear drops and malt syrup. The peat builds in waves: dry, earthy smoke, smouldering oak and ash. Salinity cuts through the sweetness, creating clarity.
