Old Pulteney Distillery is a Highland single malt distillery in Wick, Caithness — the most northerly mainland distillery in Scotland — founded in 1826 and now owned by Inver House Distillers. Producing the self-styled 'Maritime Malt', Old Pulteney's character is shaped by the wild North Sea coast and the herring fishing heritage of Wick, with the distinctive, slightly salty, honey-and-vanilla single malt available in a range from 12 to 35 years old.
