A base gin produced within the Pigs Bay Distillery using natural juniper, proofed with the purest Essex water, which is then flavoured with elegant extract of dark berries to create a soft and delicate pink gin with a medium juniper note. Pigs Bay gins are painstakingly gravity filtered using charcoal and then coconut to give the spirit a malt-like palate. This is such a flavoursome gin it works well with just a plain tonic water, but also pairs nicely with an aromatic tonic or indeed a little lemonade. A slightly sweeter style than a London Dry, simply bursting with lovely dark berry deliciousness of brambles, blueberries, blackcurrants and raspberries. Only natural flavourings are used, no artifical colouring, and due to this the colour will fade in natural daylight. This does not affect the taste.
