Technically a London Dry gin, distilled in our own still using natural botanicals and the purest Essex water. A deceptive taste profile to disguise that dry taste and remind your senses of the taste of seaside days in the sun. Just a tiny hint of the spice of Essex, ice cream, sherbet and liquorice dip or maybe a hint of sea-shore citrus drinks, all with that Pigs Bay ultra smooth palate. Like a great gin this has a smooth mouth feel, with both forward and back taste notes of vanilla and spice and a lingering taste of sweet fresh citrus. Essex in a bottle and truly the Spirit of Essex.
