A subtle liqueur with a sophisticated mouth feel. This is not a heavy ginger led liqueur, like some others you might have tried. It has a much more balanced taste. Its use of two sweet rhubarbs provides the front notes, quickly followed by spicy ginger and then lingering rhubarb latter notes. Designed to be drunk neat, with ice or even with a little ginger ale. Luscious with fizz. Only natural flavourings are used, no artifical colouring, and due to this the colour will fade in natural daylight. This does not affect the taste.
