This gin celebrates the smells and tastes of our local fishing village Old Leigh. Wrack Seaweeds and Samphire are found along our Essex shoreline, so we wanted to distil a London Dry Gin celebrating our coastal food. This gin is produced within the Pigs Bay Distillery using natural juniper, coriander, some zest flavours of lemongrass and lemon, as well as some herb notes from fresh locally grown rosemary to compliment the seafood/shellfish flavours that the seaweed imparts. This is an unusual and very distinct flavoured gin.
