The Full Monti Limited Release

We’re stripping back our signature lightly peated style for our new Limited Release. The Full Monti takes our unpeated island spirit on an extended six-year journey, taking one core pillar of our signature six-cask recipe and giving it some full Amontillado action. Aged for three years in ex-Woodford Reserve Rye barrels and finished with a full three-year secondary maturation in ex-Amontillado sherry hogsheads, this release drops the smoke to showcase rich fruit, and nutty indulgence. Bottled at a cask-striking 100 Proof UK (57.1% ABV), and limited to 5000 bottles globally. “A rich explosion of honey-roasted nuts, warm vanilla, and buttery caramel, perfectly balanced by a pinch of salted crunch.”
