About

Rare Bird Distillery, founded in 2017 by Matt and Elizabeth Stewart, is Malton's first distillery. Based in Talbot Yard, they produce a range of award-winning gins, including their signature London Dry Gin. The distillery also offers tours and gin school experiences.
