2027 Cask Syndicate 5% share

I have managed to secure approx. 9 ton of Chevallier Malt from Warminster Maltings and will be using part of this malt for the 2027 cask syndicate project, along with brewing yeast, 7 day minimum fermentations and direct fired stills – this will result in some pretty amazing new make.
