Giggle in the Ginnel World Gin Awards: Signature Botanical. Judges described it as, "Clear angelica notes on the nose alongside poppy seed aromas. The angelica is also dominant on the palate with a heavy dose of juniper and a little rooty, earthy note. This is quite easy-drinking and will definitely please angelica fans." Giggle in the Ginnel was created for a party we had in the ginnel (Northern English for alleyway) next to our house. A marvellous time was had! The signature botanical is Star Anise (giving it an aniseed edge) mixed with Angelica joined with Elderberry and fresh Orange Zest to form a powerful gin of significant character.
