Our new non-alcoholic cocktail was born from a collaboration with Positive Drinks Co, who asked us to craft a signature cocktail for their non-alcoholic bottle shop. Their brief? A short, old-fashioned-style drink built around their favourite non-alcoholic aperitif, Botivo. Challenge accepted.
