Originally Sky Wave Gin’s Winter Edition, our Spiced Apple Gin Liqueur has now become one of our most versatile offerings. We have taken fabulous Sky Wave Gin, and added Oxfordshire apples plus selected spices, to create this fabulous expression. In the Autumn and Winter, sipped neat, it’s a deliciously warming, fruity liqueur. But in the Summer it works incredibly well with ice and ginger ale for a long, refreshing drink.
