Using techniques such as ultrasonic extraction we’re able to capture the delicious flavours our coastline has to offer. Try adding a few squeezes to your favourite cocktails for extra depth and umami. Perfect in a Martini or a Bloody Mary. Also delicious in soft drinks like soda water and tonic for more flavour and complexity.
