Oystershell Vodka

40% ABV 500ml We use local Pembrokeshire Oyster shells to impart a subtle hint of the ocean into our crisp, clean vodka. Delicate mineral notes and a faint hint of salinity. Serve ice cold with seafood, or make the perfect Bloody Mary or dirty Martini. We source our shells from Atlantic Edge Oysters, a local oyster farm specialising in restorative aquaculture. Proceeds from every bottle will go towards restoring wild native oysters populations around selected Welsh sites.
