Six miniature copper stills provide an enjoyable and sociable opportunity to distill a bespoke 700ml bottle of “one-shot” London Dry Gin produced with your own selection of fine ingredients. Either individually or with a partner, you will be guided through the process by one of our distillery team who will provide tips on how to blend the ingredients to tailor a gin in your preferred style and help you to gain an in-depth appreciation of the craft and love needed to achieve this. Whilst your gin is distilling you will also have an opportunity to take a behind the scenes look at our operations and to taste and sample our range of spirits.
