Dark Rum, Islay Whisky Cask Edition. 70cl, 39.4%abv Made the same way as our standard dark Rum. aged for 2 years in an ex Islay whisky cask. Very rich and smooth flavour profile with a slightly Smokey finish. Toasted oats, burnt caramel, a hint of smoked malt.
