The 2025 Edition is now available. This delicious 48.8% ABV English Single Malt Whisky combines ex-bourbon aged and ex-Pedro Ximenez aged whisky which gives just a hint of rich fruit. It is a combination of ex-bourbon casks R19, R17, 71, 72 and ex-Pedro Ximenez 47 & 48 all made from Laureate barley. Distillation dates are from January 2021 to July 2021 and bottled in August 2025.
