The 2026 Against The Grain is Whittaker's 2nd American Bourbon-style Whiskey Release. It is a single virgin oak cask aged whiskey 58.9% ABV Cask strength and is made in the traditional way using 75% corn and also Laureate barley. This is still the first ever American Bourbon-style whiskey to be produced in the Yorkshire Dales. Cask number 113, distilled in July 2022 and bottled in April 2026.
