After the original infusion we then added Organic orange peel for a further 3 weeks No added sugar, artificial additives or colouring Full of essential oils and flavour from the botanicals We feel Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic with this gin complements the drink well. All bottles filled, labelled and wax sealed by hand
