Here is our Autumn Mead. Many asked us if we would do a pumpkin spiced mead but honestly it's not our style. By caramelising creating a bochet we managed to create a toffee flavour. To this we've added jazz and braeburn apples and cinnamon to give the perfect toffee apple pie flavoured mead! Ingredients, Water, Honey (caramelised), Apples, Cinnamon, Yeast
