Saxnot Meadery is an independent UK meadery taking its name from the patron deity of the Saxons, producing a range of small-batch traditional and flavoured meads. Using quality honey and natural ingredients, the meadery crafts everything from traditional mead to spiced and fruit-infused varieties, celebrating the ancient heritage of mead-making with a contemporary craft approach.
