What started as a passion project for the founder, Chris, a former chef, became an actual meadery in 2018 when the Crossroads Brewery was established in Washington, Tyne and Wear. Small and independent, the brewery is big on flavour and creativity using locally sourced ingredients and minimal additives. Keeping with tradition, only honey is used to brew our regularly updated mead selection, which gives it that special, true mead glow.
