A wine created from selected grapes sourced from a local conventional vineyard in East Herefordshire. Hand picked Seyval Blanc grapes from 2021 and Phoenix grapes from 2022 bought together to create an elegant skin contact sparkling wine. 2021 was a long cool growing season, the Seyval Blanc was picked late to allow maximum possible ripening.
