More about our Brut NV Our non-vintage Brut is our flagship wine. This bottling, based on the 2020 vintage, combines aromas of orchard fruit and creamy vanilla with floral and citrus tones. The palate is beautifully pure, with a rich mouth-feel and a mineral note reminiscent of our chalk soils. The extended time on lees – over 42 months – creates biscuity depth and a very fine mousse, all balanced by vibrant acidity. The finish is long and layered. Only 8,222 bottles were made.
