Winemaker’s Notes – Bronze, International Wine Challenge 2026 A bright lemon gold with a generous and fine mousse upon pouring. Gunflint minerality initially but with time complexities of golden apple, honeysuckle, hazelnut cream and brioche appear. A crisp and upfront acidity provides elegance to this wine, and a creamy mouthfeel gives texture showing lemon zest, apple and honeysuckle on the palate. The finish is full of toasted nuts and a final, palate cleansing, stoney minerality.
