Winemakers Notes Pouring a deep, inky, garnet red colour. The aromas charge out of the glass with dark plum, and earthy cherry aromas hitting you first, with just a hint of spice. Ripe fruit on the medium bodied palate, oodles of fruit! Cherry and plum characters dominate, but with a hint of jammy raspberry. Tannins are light and soft, leaving a lingering ripe fruity finish. This medium bodied red would work well with lamb or duck, ribs or chargrilled peppers. 11% Vol.
