GOLD MEDAL WINNER – WINE GB AWARDS 2024 The Miller’s Tale 2018 – a 100% Pinot Meunier Blanc de Noirs. As ever we have produced a single vintage, single vineyard single varietal but here is our first non-rosé sparkling wine. With over 5 years on it’s lees and then at least 12 months cork time we had to wait, but it has been worth it. This is a gastronomic wine, fabulous with food and beloved by sommeliers. It really goes down a storm with canapes when each mouthful of food is so varied – great at weddings! “Aromas of delicate fruit and a hint of fennel leaf and spice. Palate starts on a sweet fruit note with subtle oxidative definition. Tangy with plenty of delicate fruit on a long finish.” WINE GB JUDGES PANEL “An elegant sparkling wine with attractive aromas of Conference pear, ripe red apples and honeysuckle.
