Three 75cl bottles of our still white wine. This premium, English white wine is made using top quality grapes from West Sussex, England. Appearance: Clean and clear, this wine is a crisp pale lemon in colour Nose: Green apple and pear at the forefront with green melon and a floral honeysuckle quality. There is an element of Vanilla and coconut. Taste: The fresh and crisp green apple and pear come through before giving away to a ripe melon and floral character. The vanilla and coconut come through on the palette. It has a coating mouthfeel with a creamy quality. Blend: 52% Chardonnay, 48% Pinot Blanc Pairings: This is a wine that come alive with food. Fresh enough to elevate most fish dishes and robust enough to hold up against chicken, pork and all the garnishes of a roast. Also complex enough to hold its own as an aperitif.
