Fine white wine Schönburger an unusual German grape, popularly grown in England, Schönburger is a hybrid of Pinot Noir and another grape, itself a hybrid of Chasselas and Muscat Hamburg. An appealing aromatic dry fine white wine. A lovely accompaniment to fish, chicken and sauce based dishes. 75cl. 11.00% ABV ‘Danebury is an expert producer of this floral, enchanting grape and this delicious white wine is one of my favourites ever made from this variety. There is a little more ripe fruit flavour on the palate, with notes of golden apple and white peach interlaced with some English hedgerow complexity, however, the overall profile is vibrant and refreshing. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
