Orange – not in colour, but in style. A white wine made in the way of a red. Perfectly ripe and picked over a late summer’s day, the juicy Solaris berries were crushed and left to macerate. We waited. After three months, the wine was pressed from its skins. Bold, proud and best enjoyed slightly chilled.
