100% Chardonnay from the excellent 2019 harvest. Over four years on the lees and with a dosage of only 3 it was awarded Silver in the IEWA and International Wine Challenge (IWC) Competitions in 2024 as well as the Trophy for best in its class at the international Glass of Bubbly competition.&
