This is our second ever release of a Sparkling Pinot Gris and a true celebration of orchard fruit aromas and flavours. On the nose, the wine displays delightful notes of cooking apples before moving into an inviting front palate that leads with dessert pear flavours, giving way to a mid palate of juicy yellow plum. The elegant finish begins with luscious honeyed peach alongside layers of toasty brioche. The final result is a wonderfully rounded and expressive sparkling wine and perfect aperitif.
