NEW Brut Reserve No 10

Our multi-vintage blend uses fruit from all varieties and areas of our single vineyard to produce a wine that displays the unique qualities of the whole site. Using reserve wines, aged in oak, that have been carefully built up and nurtured from our very first harvest, we can add layers of complexity and texture to each wine. Every numbered release has it’s own identity and make up, which we love to celebrate. No 10 is based on 2021. Blend: 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier Reserves: 30% Perpetual Reserve Lees Ageing: Min 32 months.
