Kerry Vale Vineyard is a family-run estate founded by Russell and Jan Cooke in 2010 on six acres of farmland at Pentreheyling on the Shropshire-Powys border, just 3 miles south of Montgomery, sited on what was the Roman fort of Pentrheyling. Growing Rondo, Phoenix, Solaris and Pinot Noir grapes, the vineyard produces award-winning still whites, reds, roses and sparkling wines — including the WineGB 2025 bronze medal-winning Offa's Shadow Rondo red — with a visitor centre, cafe, tours and tastings open most days.
