About
Established in 2022, Knotfield’s two-acre vineyard specialises in producing characterful, refined, traditional-method English sparkling wine. As growers, we are deeply connected to the wine which arrives in your glass. We weather the seasons and the ticking clock; we get our hands dirty and our wellies muddy, all for love and pride in what we do. Each growing season shapes our wine, resulting in limited-edition, vintage expressions reflecting the moments which lead us to harvest. The bottled blends of our cool climate varietals – Pinot Noir Precocé and Seyval Blanc – are considered and crafted. Knotfield is always discerning, never distant; passionate, not pretentious. And every pour is a celebration. We are devotedly down to earth, so your wine can be too.

HARVEST

No Tickets Required! Knotfield is hosting its first ever Harvest Festival. From 9am on SATURDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER we’ll open our gates to willing volunteers who want to be part of the Knotfield grape-picking experience. The first 50 volunteers to arrive will qualify for a free (and generous!) glass of sparkling wine at the end of harvest. Sensational coffee will be available to purchase from Blooms coffee van; Loaf and Loaded will be on hand to buy delicious hot sandwiches. The Cabin bar will be open from 12 for volunteers (and walk-ins after 12) to wile the afternoon away in the vineyard and enjoy the (literal) fruits of their labour! And some other surprises too! Kids welcome under adult supervision. Dogs welcome too. It promises to be an incredible day and we’d love you all to be part of it.

Wreath Making – KV X Eden Bespoke Flowers. A special wreath making experience in our very own vineyard cabin, led by Eden Bespoke Flowers, and accompanied by a festive glass of Knofield English sparkling wine. The bar will be open for glass and bottle purchases too. 12th Dec – 12pm onwards. 1st Dec – 7pm onwards.

On the following dates, the cabin will be open from 7pm to 10.30pm as a fairy-lit, drop-in bar to enjoy our sparkling vintages and some guest beers. Bottles will also be able to purchase. An exclusive festive supper club hosted by KV and renowned chef Alex Beard. Chef Alex trained under Michel Roux at the three Michelin starred Roux Waterside Inn Bray and is known for his innovative, provenance-led cooking. This four-course menu is chosen to reflect the setting (even in winter, Knotfield is a magical place), and paired with three Knotfield vintage sparkling wines. This is luxurious, off-grid dining at its most exciting; a one of a kind experience. Starts from 7pm.
